National Centre
INTRODUCTION
Our national centre is located in Budapest /Hungary/, next to the Eastern Train Station (called Keleti Pályaudvar).
Our volunteers are offering back-, hand and foot massages from Monday to Friday. Our National Centre also provides a place for gymnastics for posture development and for a so called relaxation which is a splendid opportunity to chill out and discover our inner peace.
Our treatments are free of charge everywhere!
Apart from the daily treatments on Wednesday evenings at 6.30 pm our Centre also gives a place for holding lectures and round table talks. During these events the members of the community can share their life experiences. In our world it is absolutely vital to genuinely recognise the importance of our thoughts and emotions and to listen to others with undivided attention. Sometimes we invite guest lecturers, who can share interesting and inspiring ideas, gained through their profession or life experiences. You can get information about our open events here.
The preparation of our massage therapists’ often takes place in the Centre, where they can learn the special movements of our massage technique, which can then, later be utilized countrywide or even abroad, thus improving the life of others. We welcome you to our regular self-knowledge courses being held in small groups. Please find more information here.
Occasionally our Center houses creative activities, like dance-, handcraft and musical programmes.
